Camping agréable et très accueillant. Les regrets sont les offres de restauration qui manquent de qualité surtout le snack près de la piscine (frites et burger de mauvaise qualité, beaucoup d'emballages plastiques).

Bei der Ankunft hat man uns einen sehr schmalen und länglichen Stellplatz für unseren Wohnwagen zugewiesen. Bei der Vergabe des Stellplatzes wurde anscheinend der Wohnwagen nicht berücksichtigt. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir dann einen andere Stellplatz der etwas geräumiger ( nun war es möglich ein kleines Sonnensegel aufzustellen) war. Das Sanitärgebäude direkt im Umfeld war nicht geöffnet, obwohl viele Stellplätze belegt waren. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt welches Sanitärgebäude geöffnet hat ( kein guter Service!). Die beiden Schwimmbäder waren sehr schön, aufgeteilt nach " mit Kindern" und "nur Erwachsene". ... Lees meer

très beau camping avec un très bon restaurant. mais cette année une très bonne équipe d animation Gilles et Marie jo remercie Jules Eliot Agate et Tom pour leurs professionaliste et leurs gentillesse qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable

Superbe accueil tres professionnel et ouvert entre midi et 14h. Le camping est magnifique et tres propre. Emplacement ombragé. Sanitaire excellent. Juste les animations pour les ados.. dommage que ça commence qu en juillet.

Negatives first. Our accommodation, a premium Eden Family, number D, was not good. Smelt damp upon arrival, and was completely over shaded by three huge pine trees - gloomy and dark, and the deck and covered area were strewn with pine needles. We asked if there was other accommodation available, specifically in the Beach Garden area (where we have stayed before), which we were happy to pay extra for. The reception team were superb and went out of their way to help, and gave us a choice of mobiles. We had Beach Garden 168, in a great location. Unfortunately the showers drains in this mobile absolutely stank, so bad we actually bought some bleach to put down them, which worked for a while, but the smell returned - we had to close the shower room doors to keep the smell out from the rest of the living and sleeping area. Plus the mobile was definitely now showing its age, the inside of the drawers were worn out and damaged, the vents in the window had broken off and were just covered in sellotape, which meant no air circulating unless the doors were open. We only stayed for three days this time, so didn’t bother reporting the issues as for us it wasn’t too much of an issue, plus we left before reception was open in the morning so couldn’t give feedback then. That’s the negatives, now the positives. Great site, our favourite in the area. Beach Garden area definitely the best part of the site, very well maintained. Wonderful staff, particularly the reception team and restaurant teams. Two great pools, particularly the adults only pool. Ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent. An easy 15 min cycle into Valras-Plage for lunch, and a great nature reserve across the road for walks. Beach a 5 min stroll from the site. Usual mosquitos present, but we brought decent repellent with us so weren’t bitten once. Our experience with the issues in the mobile certainly won’t put us off returning here, although I would say that we will now choose our mobile when booking (although the cost for this has now increased to €50, why?) ...
